If you're referring to a power on password, at the password screen hit enter 3 times and you should receive a halt code - post back with this code.

Is there no number displayed with the 'system disabled' message?

What is the full Model No. and Product No. of your notebook - see Here for a guide on locating this information.

Product: CQ57-314NR
MODEL: QE325UAHABA
