My computer turns on but when ihit enter to bring up password it does not come up

1. Please hit Esc key to get logon password window,

2. Hit F12 key to turn on Wifi - Note: what is your HP 15, it may use different key.

Escape key does not bring up password page but f12 does turn on wifi

Sounds like you played around with your machine too much. It came with Winodws 10 Home 64bit pre-installed and now you run it with Windows 10 32 bit. There is no drivers for 32bit on its support page

Now bring it back. Did you create a Recovery set ?

I turn it on ...time and picture comes up then i normally hit enter and it brings ip my enter password, i do and desktop appears but i turned it on and time showed i pressed enter and nothing but my picture display i hit home button and time came back with an airplane in corner, i hit f12 and eificame on , i hit enter and everything disappears but my background pic
