Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15-bp103nx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Laptop is  HP ENVY x360 - 15-bp103nx and my HP pen is 1MR94AA and this is the link of my pen:

Now  unfortunalty, My pen is not working and even the cap which should be removed to change the battery is not opening I had tried multiple ways .
So, I want to know what Should I do?

There any solutions??

If not what is the pen compatible that can work with my laptop as a replacement for this pen
