Tells me you must sign in to this device to install updates. I signed in to the device and installed updates but I can't get rid of the red exclamation! What can I do?

Could you please upload the picture without any of your personal information to better understand the issue

 

The Picture you uploaded was blocked due to Forums Rules and Policies and I'm unable to view it.
