I understand that you are unable to turn off the microphone noise cancelation.

Hello  sir, so i disabled all sound effects and my problem was magically solved 1 day later.

i am certainly not sure if this was due to me disabling all the enhancements, but i am fine now and able to control noise cancellation through the Bang and Oulfsen audio software.
