@Weam7,

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,

According to the Product specifications I see that your PC is shipped with 35.6 cm (14") diagonal HD BrightView LED-backlit touch screen (1366 x 768) - Display.

For more details on the display, please go through the Maintenance and Service guide

Here you will find the list of parts which are compatible and tested for your PC. For detailed information:

Chapter 1: Product Description - page number 2

Chapter 3.  Illustrated parts catalog - page number 24 & 25 - you have with the spare part number listed.

If you wish to try other parts you can try it at your own discretion, HP Doesn't recommend any upgrade/downgrade of any hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product. It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance.

Alternatively, You could replace the part on your own, use the HP Parts surfer to identify the part: Click here & order it via the HP Parts store (Click here).

If you find difficulty replacing the part, I would recommend you contact our HP support team for setting up a service.

HP support team can be reached on this link.

I'm sure they should be able to go ahead and address your issue. Let me know if you need any further assistance. I'll be more than happy to help you.

That said, If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Have a great day!
