OfficeJet Pro 8718

I have just purchased an OfficeJet Pro 8718 - one of the benefits is that you should be able to use instant ink with it.  However, HP's instant website tells me that my printer is 'not eligible for instant ink'.  Anyone else come across this?  Seems deeply flawed as it has instant ink on the box, a 4-month free trial and a £64 gift card included in the box.

@cfjwallis I just went through the list of eligible printers and your series is mentioned under the HP page: Click here to verify,

  • HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 Series

Please select the above options while registering your printer with the HP Instant Ink program and it should work just fine, let me know if you have any issues and I'll be right here, ready to help.

P.S: Welcome to HP Forums! 😉
