Black ink not printing

The black ink won't print. Colored ink will print but even with new, genuine HP black ink, it will not print. I did all the stuff the printer diagnostic page like realigning, cleaning, etc. Still won't print black ink.

I understand that you are unable to print the black ink.

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

Please let us know if you are able to make the black photocopy.

the troubleshooting steps in the document here there are instructions to print a diagnostic page.  Can you print that page and then scan the result and post it here?  Use the Photo's icon to include the scan.

 Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Report, and then evaluate the results.

1. Load plain, white paper in the tray.

2. From the control panel home screen, touch the Settings icon .

3. Touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report.

   The printer prints the Print Quality Diagnostic report.
