Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The message says, 'Bluetooh Smart is Turnning on'' but it never does! This is a brand new machine only received it on Sunday. Clean install. Also not happy the amount of information it requires before it will print anything. Why do I have to give my credit card details before I can receive the free 5 months of ink? I have not even seen it print anything yet, and you want money from me already! So out of the box it has failed to work as expected! I have already tried pulling the plug out of the device and the wall directed by your help post. And moved the device to another power outlet, a total waste of time. I want to use Bluetooth only as Wifi ask's to many questions and sends my personal documents through other severs. Why do you need so much information about me. I don't want any of your information, just a working printer. When I Deny access it won't let me print anything. I paid for the machine, but HP are controling it, so if I don't agree then I can't use it! Correct me otherwise!

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

You do not need to provide any card details if you are not enrolling in HP's Instant Ink Program

 

Please install the printer using the HP Full Feature Software

 

First ensure the printer and your computer are connected to the same wireless Network

 

1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch (Wireless).

2. Touch ( Settings ).

3. Touch Wireless Settings 

4. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Protected Setup.

5. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.

 

Next download the Full feature Software from this Link: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/EN7100/EN7100_Full_WebPack_44.4.2678.exe and follow the onscreen instructions
