Product: Notebook 15-ac042tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The external Bluetooth speakers are get paired but not connecting. But Bluetooth of laptop ia working with phone/mobile properly

Is this ia possible that Bluetooth of laptop is designed in such a way that it doesn't recognise, that what the Bluetooth divice is?

Becouse it is working properly with phone and transfers all file. But when i connext an audii divice to it, it get paired but not connected. 

Plz help
