I followed ALL the directions to set-up the printing option from my cellphone, and was able to print a picture I have in my "Photo Gallery".   I followed the video on this site,  and it went perfectly.

Now I want to print a picture that I have in the 'Cloud', but the options are not there on my phone to print it.  It DOES have a 'Share' option, but not one to "Print".

How do I do this?

Hi @1prowheel

Thanks for the information.

I would like to inform you that there is no option to print the photos directly from One drive. However, you can save the image you want to print to your cell phone and then you can print the image.

Hope that answers your question.

Hi @1prowheel

Welcome to the HP Forums!

It is a great way to engage, post questions and find resolutions by working with specialists in the HP community.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know how to print from the cloud.

Don’t worry, I’d love to assist you in this regard.

I would like to know where exactly you are trying to print (Eg: Google cloud, dropbox, one drive or any other cloud service).

If you are using google cloud, you need to setup the cloud print services to print from the cloud.

Follow the steps in the below article to setup ePrint.

Let me know how it goes and you have a good day ahead.

Hi, and THANK YOU for answering my post!  Since this is all new to me, I should have specified that the 'place' where most of my pictures are stored is "OneDrive".  I guess I must have 'sent' them there, so I could share them.  This is the place from which I would like to print them, via my cellphone (although I'm not sure why - my printer is right next to my computer!)  I guess I'm just trying to learn something new.

So..the answer is OneDrive.  Before I follow the directions in the link you gave me, I just want to make sure that they are the directions for OneDrive.

I downloaded the HP Print Service Plugin on my phone, went to OneDrive, tapped on the picture I wanted to print, but did NOT get an option to print.  What I DID get was:  the picture with IMG_and some numbers and, at the bottom of the screen the options are: SHARE; SAVE; DELETE; DETAILS - but nothing about printing.....this was the problem I had last night, when I tried it for the first time.....

I get the right options (as in the link you provided me) IF I'm printing from my "Photos" option, but not OneDrive.
