Product: HP Envy 4520

When trying to print from phone, comes up that printer is offline. Printer can print wireless from laptop. The phone & Printer are on the same network.

I think newly iOS update/upgrade on your phone has caused this. I believe both Apple and HP are working on this and new release should fix it. Please use HP Smart app to ptint

 Or please try: from General settings and reset network settings   Then turned the iPad/iPhone off.   After waiting a few minutes I turned it back on

HP Recommended

After I hooked up the Netgear extender I cannot print from my phone. Everything is wireless to the EXT option wifi. My computer prints wireless. What happened?
