Help please!  I have been using HP Instant Ink (UK) for a few months, initially it worked well, but not any more.  Firstly I noticed that I was being charged for copies I did not make, I was checking the page balance on a daily basis as it was close to the end of the billing period and the numbers increased even though no one in the household was making any copies.  Even worse now, the account balance is no longer available - the page simply says "Sorry.  This page is not available".  That has been the case for a few weeks now.  Unless this can be resolved quickly I will be cancelling my direct debit and demanding a refund.  I expect better for a major organisation like HP. Until this happened I was very pleased with the Instant Ink serv ice.  

 

I should also add that the online help is useless.
