Can't sign into the HP Smart App, seems to be a technical glitch with the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times, signed-in from the website then launched the App, exited and reopened the app - nothing fixes the sign-in error, see below video for reference: https://1drv.ms/v/s!AmIjf_7aFI5ciZUaqRXA7zmsdscp5w

This may occur when not using the latest HP Smart version.
Could you please make sure it is fully up to date with version 110.1.671.0?
From the HP Smart app on Windows 10, click the Gear icon and then About.
please visit http://123.hp.com to get the latest version of the app, as listed in the 'Why can't I log into my HP account from the HP Smart app?' section below:
