OfficeJet 6950
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good morning to all the Community,

I have just bought a new OfficeJet 6950, but I cannot activate the Web Services in any way.

I have configured the printer with the last software online, the internet connection is fine, I have also updated the firmware from the printer (so the printer "see" the hp web site), but when it try to configure and activate the web services, the following message appear:

Impossible to configure Web Service

I have also disconnected the USB cable as suggested, I have tried to configure directly from printer control panel, from printer software, from printer web page EWS, but the result is always the same:

The server seems not to responde, try again

Do you have any suggestion?

Thank you very much for your help!

The problem was due to the router settings. I have linked the printer to my mobile hotspot and the activation went well!
