Hi there.
I have two issues which do not allow me to set up my printer on Google Cloud Print (it works through the Samsung App, but it is more convenient to have Google Cloud Print working):
- I can't add the device through chrome://devices. It recognises the printer and then asks me to 'confirm registration'. The power button flashes red, but when I touch that or the WPS button it does nothing.
- I've tried going through Sync Thru but the username: admin and password: sec00000 do not work and I do not know how to reset it.
Does anyone have any tips?

Do you have a computer running Windows or macOS ?
If yes, please follow the instructions in the link HP How to Reset Your SyncThru Password.
If this is not the case, I recommend that you Contact HP HP Pro Support in your country/region.
