Re: Claim code

Hi! @Mimi_abba, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!

I understand you have issues connecting to web services from your printer.

Don't worry I will try to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

To enable web services please try the steps recommended below.

Turn on Web Services directly from your printer touchscreen or LCD display. Make sure to update the printer firmware, if prompted.
On your printer control panel, touch or press the HP ePrint icon or button.
If your printer control panel does not have an icon or button, navigate to the Web Services Setup, Network Setup, or Wireless Settings to open the Web Services menu, depending on your printer model.
If a prompt to turn on Web Services or set up HP ePrint displays, touch or press Turn On, Enable, or Setup, depending on your printer control panel, follow the on-screen instructions, and then continue to the next step.
If you are prompted to update the firmware, touch or press OK.
If a Web Services Summary screen or connected status displays, Web Services is already on.
Click Print Info to obtain an information sheet, and then continue to the next step.

Refer this article to know more information about setting eprint.

Also, refer this article to know how to get claim code.

Let me know if this works!

Have a wonderful day ahead! Smiley Happy

I appreciate your efforts for trying out the steps.

As you mentioned you are still unable to get claim code after trying out the steps.

Please share a screenshot of the error or can you tell us the error you get from your printer?

Diable and re-enable web services on the printer it will print the claim code from your printer.
