Hi,

 

I try to add my printer via HP Connected using the claimcode.

But I get the message [Dutch] "De printer is al geclaimd. Als u deze printer wilt claimen, moet de vorige eigenaar worden verwijderd." [English] "Printer is already claimed. Previous owner needs to be disabled first".

 

Who can disable the previous owner? Can I do this myself?

Hi,

 

Is solved it by removing the web services.

When reconnecting I gota new claim code.
