When setting up the printer to go wireless - the printer can't find the router because it is a 5G network. How can I connect?
Thanks

Hi,

You should set your router to broadcast 2.4GHz band too (meaning Dual Band), HP printers does not support 5GHz wireless connection.

See 'Dual band routers' in below document:

For any help with your router configuration contact your router service provider.

Shlomi

Thanks will try that. My worry if I connect to the 2.4g then as the computers and mobile etc are on the 5G they won't talk. I am hoping that as that the laptop already sees the printer then it will connect
