Hi,

Once the printer was added to the app through your local network, tap the printer name at the top of the screen.

Within the Printer section select Remote Prining.

Tap Set Up ePrint, provide your personal mail and type the recieved confirmation code.

Once verifying your email with the app toggle HP ePrint on and add your printer's address.

Shlomi

Welcome to HP Support Forum. There are few options

(a) When away, not on the same network with printer: send attachents (supported file formats) to printer email address.

(b) When on same network with printer: use AirPrint OR HP AIO Printer Remote app (new name HP Smart App)

Hi,

Install the HP Smart app:

https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/hp-smart/id469284907?mt=8

Once adding the printer locally you may then add the HP ePrint address to allow prinitng remotely.

Shlomi

Dear Sir,
I am sorry, not finding the option to add by email.

eg:

gxx01@hpeprint.com

no option to add this eprinter email in the app.

Hi ShlomiL,

i've tried that course of action, but the HP Smart App says „No Printer Email Found - Check the printer's email address“. I've tried that with two HP ColorLaserjet multifunction prinzters. The curious with that is, that the email-addresses are correct, because i am using them via my HP ePrint application on macOS.

Don't know what's wrong with the HP Smart App for iOS. (Tested it already with another iPhone, too <= same prob)

regards. Jack
