Free ink?

I am out of ink, I am signed up for the free Ink, but I don't receive any until I call & complain.  Now I can't seem to find a number to call & order the ink.  I am having a big party next weekend, & wanted to print somethings.  But now I am out of ink.  Why sign up for something.   ??  Who do I call to get ink.  I found one number & it said if it was off warrenty I had to pay for the call??

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any recent cartridge shipment. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

 This is what was on my account.

Blk 11/04/17 -1  Next Shippment 2 months.  

19/07/16 -1

Everytime I run out of ink I have to call, & fight with the agent, who keeps telling me that I must look around my work area.  I am not an idiot, I do not have any ink here.
