Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hello

Printer was on but stopped printing wirelessly. Checked and the blue light and everything said it was on. I turned it off and powered back on and the lights would not come on the screen at all . I then tried unplugging the printer and plugging back in. It makes a buzzing sound denoting there is power going to the printer but the power button on the printer does nothing- it will no longer turn on and let me pick copy, wireless, etc. 

Can you please post troubleshooting  steps on how to fix this?

Thank you! I tried that before posting my question. Unfortunately the troubleshooting did not work. Appreciate any other tips you may have.
