macOS 10.14 Mojave

Just upgraded to gigablast modem with Cox, my HP will not connect keep getting an error saying it's the wrong password, however, all my other devices are connected with that password.  I have followed all the steps, resetting modem while the printer is off and the printer network has been restored to factory settings. It will not connect for some reason and I cannot get it to work.

Any help would be appreciated.

@Snowman11, Welcome to HP Support Community!

This printer supports only 2.4GHz network.

Print a wireless test report and share the results with us to isolate the issue further. Here is how you do it:

1. From the printer control panel, touch ( Wireless ), and then touch ( Settings ).

2. Touch Print Reports

3. Touch Wireless Test Report.

Update the printer firmware

HP regularly releases new printer firmware versions with product enhancements or issue fixes. Depending on your printer, apps on the printer control panel might also receive updates. Update firmware and apps on a regular basis to make sure you are getting the most out of your printer. Refer to this link for help.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
