many options requires a secure connection? 

I could not find ly way to estabish this; could anyone help?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

If the printer and your printer is in the same home network (which is safe), you can go to "Advanced" settings and proceed to the IP address to get to the EWS.

Click the Advanced link at the bottom, then click Proceed Anyway and check for any difference.

 

If the message remain, may you clarify what antivirus do you use? may it be Eset?

Ok, I didi it 10x, unfortunately it circle again to the same message ... 

should I change the anti-Virus parameters maybe (ESET-NOD32)?

Hi Jean,

Please follow below document by ESET which describes the exact behavior:

 Wireless devices (printers, scanners, etc.) are blocked by ESET SSL scanning
