This sure is an annoying problem.  I reported before that when I'd get the dreaded printer not available message if I just waited a minute the page would come up and I could hit the yellow print button and whatever I was trying to print would now print.  Not necessarily so now. Now I sometimes have to hit the name of the printer several times in order to get something to print. It also seems to be happening every time I try to print from my tablet while before I was able to print without problem approx 20% of the time.

I also forgot to mention I tried FrankH2's solution of rebooting the router and modem which didn't work for me. So I'm still in need of a fix so keep those suggestions coming.

I was also having the same problem and tried just about everything on this site. I eventually solved my problem by removing then re-adding my printer. To do this, select All Printers > Add New Printer then find your printer on your network. I hope this helps.

Was having same problem "printer not available" when trying to print using the HP print service.
Found I also had installed HP all-in-one remote app. Uninstalled it and the HP print service started working.

Had the same problem but was able to fix it. I was on the Samsung Galaxy  tab A.  I went to my settings, more connection settings, printer. Press and hold on printer and I had Samsung Print service -ON, and I had HP Inc- ON. I turned OFF the HP Inc. And now it is working fine!

This solution worked for me too
