HP Smart app: Setup, scan, print, and troubleshoot from your mobile device

The HP Smart app (formerly HP AIO Remote) is available on Android, iOS, and Windows 10/Mobile to help you setup and use your printer from your mobile device, and can also help you troubleshoot printer problems.

Key Features available from your mobile device with the AIO Printer Remote app:

• Create high-quality JPEGs and PDFs of your images and documents—scan from your mobile with either the scanner on your printer (if available) or from your mobile camera 
• Android: Help you enable mobile printing by assisting with install/setup of the HP Print Service Plug-In (if required)
• Print images and PDF documents, using HP printers on your wireless network or connected using Wifi Direct
• Share your images and documents through cloud storage services (including Dropbox, Box, Evernote, and Google Drive), social media sites (like Facebook and Instagram), or by email.
• Set up new HP printers and connect your existing HP printers to your wireless network
• Easily order supplies for your printer and receive special promotions from HP
• Get help to solve problems with your printer
• Change printer settings and perform maintenance tasks 
• Supported Printers:  HP printers from 2010 or later, including many HP DeskJet, HP Envy, HP OfficeJet, HP OfficeJet Pro All-in-Ones—as well as many HP Designjets, PageWide, and HP LaserJet MFPs. Both printers on local wireless network and printers that are set to wireless direct printing mode are supported.

NOTE: We currently (July 13, 2017) have a known issue where using the resize option when sharing a large multi-page scan from the Android HP Smart app can cause the HP Smart app to crash. We have identified a fix and will release an updated version of the app very soon.
