My wireless printer worked without issue in my last home. We have since moved and got new wireless internet service. I am able to see my wifi network listed when I go to search for a wireless connection, however it does not allow me to enter my wifi password into the box on the printer's touchscreen, and therefore does not allow me to connect. I have tried to use the WPS button on my wifi router, as well, to no avail. Our TV's, phones, and streaming devices have all been able to connect without issue.
Figured it out - had an issue with the wireless router and had to do a factory reset on it. Once I did that, I tried the wifi again and it automatically popped up with the option to enter the password. 🙂
