Hi,
I have 2 problems. 1: How to obtain Claim Code for my printer.Photosmart 7520
2: I have tried to install my printer several times, I do not have a network connection. It used to work fine. Now for instance the EWS is not accessible. My HP smart print for my iphone won`t work either.

Please help.

Kind regards,

Stephen

Claim code is typically used to add the printer to an HP Connected account. The printer has to be connected to a network in order to get the claim code.

Is the printer connected to your home network?

The wireless light on the printer, is it steady or is it blinking?

Thanks! Claim code is located on the info sheet which is printed out while you enable e-print services on the printer. To reprint the sheet, just remove and re-enable web services on the printer. You may use the following steps to remove and re-enable web services:

1.) From the printer control panel, touch "Setup". Touch Web Services, select Remove Web Services.

2.) Power off and power on the printer.

3.) From the printer control panel, touch "Setup". Touch Web Services, select Enable Web Service.
