From a few posts I have read, I am not alone here. HP ePrint stopped working and unable to register printer. Error "Unable to communicate with the HP ePrint service...." Support claim it is due to Windows 10 update, so I wound back system to a day it last worked. Still same errors. Can print via HP ePrint from Mac and via email, but not via print driver on Windows 10 machine.

All trouble shooting conducted over the past 24 hours points towards an issue between HP ePrint and Windows 10 (even pre-updates). How can this be resolved asap as this is having detrimental effects on my business!!!!! Thus far, zero support from HP on this problem.

Further diagnosis clearly show the issue rests with HP. Still awaiting a response, as I am sure, some others are.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
