The printer supports Wireless and USB cable (no-wireless)

Specifications > Connectivity

Ports
1 Hi-Speed USB 2.0
Wireless capability
Yes

The User Guide explains how to use and set up Wireless (or a no-wireless connection).

  • "Regular" wireless (Page 62) - Connect the printer to your network / router.
  • Wi-Fi Direct (Page 65) - Connect the printer wirelessly to the computer / device without the use of a router.
  • Non-Wireless (Page 70) - Connect the printer to the computer

Reminder:  Wi-Fi Direct cannot be used to connect the printer to the Internet (ePrint, Web Services, for example).  Web Services is discussed in Chapter 4 "Use Web Services", starting on Page 37.

Thank you Dragon Fur, for your help. I could never imagine to look on the user guide online.

Will do next time.

You are welcome.

Although you would not normally want to print the entire guide (unless you have ink and paper to spare) - do download  and save a copy of the manual to your computer so you can refer to it whenever you want.  I have downloaded copies of the manuals for printer AND computer - "just in case".
