When printing from a desktop computer, you have options to reduce the size of the page, fit to certain # pages width/length, etc. Is there a way to get that with mobile print?

Don't worry I'll try to help you out. Please answer a few questions below to assist you better.
 
Did you make any changes to your printer?

 

What app are you using to print from the mobile device?

 

Are you using an IOS or an Android device?

 

Let's continue with the troubleshooting steps now.

 

If you are using an android device try the steps recommended below to change the paper settings.

 

Open app store and download and install HP smart app.

Open HP smart on your mobile device.

Select the picture or document you like to print.

Select print.

Select paper size you like.

Select more options

Under scaling select fit to page.

Go back select print.
