HP Recommended

Please let me know how you found "messages" in the settings option. The only settings option I can find is under HP Updates and the options there apply only to frequency of checking for updates. This popup is driving me nuts!

I have spent hours trying to solve this problem on Windows 10.  I have finally found the solution and offer this

protocol:

 

Enter Control Panel

Select Printer Sharing

Right click on HP printer

Select Printer Properties

Select Change Properties in lower left

Select Device Settings

Select Printer Status Notifications

Change to Disable

Save

 

I hope this helps someone to not be as frustrated as I was.
