So I don’t have WiFi but I can use my phone as a hot spot

so I bought the cord to go to my computer and it won’t print .

Originally I was hoping  I could use Bluetooth to print from my phone ( don’t know if that’s possible or not )

 

somebody please tell tell me how to get this working !

HP DeskJet 3630 does not have Bluetooth connectivity.

 

Could you please help me with the operating system of the computer?

Is the copy working fine?
