Hi , I have not been able to get a black print from my computer, IOS MAC.  Although if I print from my mobile ,it will print black.  I have followed all of the trouble shooting and spent many hours now and still no progress.  Any ideas?   Thanks,

To provide you with an accurate solution, I would like to know the following:

 

What is the version of Mac OS installed on your computer?

Which application are you trying to print from?

Did you check the settings before printing?

What are the troubleshooting steps that you have already tried?

 

Meanwhile, refer to the document HP Printers - Print Settings Guide (Mac) for help.
