I put the ink cartridge in backwards and I can't get it out can anyone help me.

I have gone through your Post and I understand your concerns
 

This is a Hardware issue and the printer needs to be serviced.

 

You can tried removing the cartridge but ensure it doesn't break inside the printer

 

I have sent you a private message with the next course of action

 

Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.

 

Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope
