Ink delivery

I've been paying $4.99 every month for over a year now and I have not received any replacement cartridges.
You either owe me money or lots of ink.
I need your help

Hi,

 

The HP instant ink price plans are all pages based plans - the monthly fee covers a maximum number of pages associated with the plan.

 

You should not expect to get sent cartridges regularly, if you're usage is low.

 

In your case, the $4.99 plan allows 100 pages per month to be printed for that price. If your usage is low, then you require less ink, therefor you may not require additional cartridges to be shipped.  You can login to your account using the link below to check your ink level san dany pending shipments. You can also use this link to contact support if you have any concerns that you are about to run out and you have no shipments pending.
