LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP

We replaced our router and upgraded the bandwidth, and since then, we are unable to print wirelessly from our laptops and desktops. Occasionally it will print, and then it won't again. Maybe its the wireless card? Or it's being caused by the different networks as we have a 2G and 5G? Thanks

LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276n or M276nw only uses 2.4G

The 5g and 2.4g SSID should not have the same name.

Also move the printer closer to the router to verify it is not a weak WiFi issue.

the printer is on the 2G network... how do we change the SSID names? I believe they are different.

it's right next to the router already.
