MFP M130fw unable to access HP webservice

Product Name: MFP M130fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)
My printer was out of sudden no longer accessible to HP Webservice, i.e I tried to scan document to google drive directly from the printer using “Apps” founction, the front panel showed “The service maybe busy. Retry later. If the problem continues, check for firmware updates”; I also tried to access “setup”, then “service”, then “LaserJet update” and selected “check for updates now”, the front panel showed “connection error - the printer is unable to connect to the service”. However, the wireless test report showed everything is normal.

Re: MFP M130fw unable to access HP webservice

Thanks for your response. It’s strange that before I do anything, my printer had got back the web service and works normally the next day. Thank you for trying to help out!
