Hi,

Sorry to hear you are having problems printing.

Try restarting your apple device - It's a simple fix that sometimes helps re-establish the connection to the printer.

Other things to check would be that there have been no recent changes to the wifi password and that your phone and printer are still connected to the samewifi network.

Thanks. I just changed internet providers and modems. I'll also restart my phones to see if that helps. Any other suggestions?

If the restart doesn't work and you can confirm that both printer and deviec are still connected to the same wifi network, then try the following.

Go to the printer's web page.  Select Network, Advanced Settings, Bonjour. Select "Disable Bonjour" the click "Apply".  Click OK.  Select "Enable Bonjour" then click "Apply" again.  This sometimes helps.
