I've had my HP ENVY for years now. I recently downloaded the HP eJet software onto my wife's new laptop so she could print onto it also. After installing, it wasn't printing from her laptop. No error messages. So I tried to print from my laptop and then I get an error saying it can't "validate" my printer. Which is odd as I've printed from it before. Then this morning my wife tells me after she turned on her laptop, the printer starts printing the paper that wouldn't print the night before. Which doesn't sound bad. But the bad part is that it just keeps printing and printing and printing. Only way it will stop is if I run out of paper or ink or shut it down (only thing I can do). Nothing is in my printer spool. I checked via the laptop and PC (USB connected). Since I can't actively talk to someone, how do I stop printing papers I can't see in the spool?

Recommend you to uninstall and reinstall the HP eJet software.
