@laura2020 Thanks for sharing your concern with the HP Community,

here's what I'll need, so I may be able to provide an accurate solution:

Does it work on an alternate computer?

  • Which of these error do you have?
    • 'Printer not found' error
    • Cannot connect the printer to wireless network after setting up new router
    • Printer does not maintain wireless connection

It does not work on my cell phone or laptop. They say the printer is not available.

@laura2020 To troubleshoot better, could you tell me if that's a laptop with Mac or Windows? and also, include the version of the OS,

In the mean time, let's perform a power cycle using the below steps, and retry the connection:

Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.

Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Wait at least 60 seconds.

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

NOTE:

HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.

Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.

Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Keep me posted.
