My neighbours manage to select my printer instead of their own! How can I block their connections?

No problem, except that I have 2 neighbours who manage to connect to my printer to print their documents.  Potentially,  I could be seeing sensitive  or personal data.

Can I block my neighbours?

Certainly you can block the neighbors from using your network - including your printer.  In fact, it is strongly recommended that you do secure your network against incursion.  Not having to see information you may not be able to "un-know" is an added benefit, of course.
