HP Envy 7640 e-All-in-One Printer
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

At first everything was fine, the printer worked perfectly. From one day to the next, my printer stopped receiving the wifi signal from my router and my computer stopped detecting it (the printer) even manually placing all the necessary information. The option to connect the printer and the computer without a router (WiFi Direct) also does not work. I have read all the possible problems that may be causing it, but even following all the steps I can not get it to work.

Additional information to take into account:

- The blue light of the printer (which indicates whether the printer is connected to a Wi-Fi network or not) is always blinking.

- When I print the diagnosis of the problem it says: The wireless does not work. Contact HP technical support. it also says "Wireless connection in operation : FAIL."

I would really appreciate your help
