Product: HP 7640 AIO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Uninstall printer software and then installed from HP website. Near finishing when I noted that printer not listed under printers and devices on computer. Also, as indicated in subject, the hardware address is MAC and my problem is finding a solution to change the address to PC.

Are you talking about MAC address, that is not foe MAC (Apple) machines. Please read more info

You don't need to change (and you can't change anyway)
