Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have installed new printer on my iPhone it is linked ok with Wifi - but my laptop (HP) wont pick

it up I have tried downloading from the app as I did with the phone installation but it does not

show in add a new printer.

@Prawn, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Make sure the printer and the computer are connected to the same wireless network.

If your PC is on 5GHz network, your printer can connect only to 2.4GHz. So make sure the PC is on 2.4GHz

 

Once the printer is connected to the right network, install Hp Full-featured driver on the PC

Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
