New router. Was able to connect to the printer; however, I keep getting an error when trying to print

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue.

 

To better assist you - 

 

1.) Are you getting any error message?
2.) Are you able to print from any other device?
3.) Does the copy works? 

4.) What's the status of the Wi-Fi LED - solid or blinking? 
5.)  Is your router dual-band enabled i.e., both 2.4GHz and 5GHz? If yes, make sure the dual band has different SSIDs for 2.4G and 5G networks.

Thanks for your help. It was the firewall. I used the hp doctor , clicked on network, found the firewall causing the issue.
