HP Smart Tank 515 Wireless All-in-One

It has been over 3 days since I registered my HP Smart Tank 515 Printer and I have still not received the confirmation email with a copy of my registration, nor instructions on how to claim my reward. On the website it already showed I have registered my product. Anyone can advise how can I receive email confirmation for the product registration and claim reward?

If the website says it's registered, it is registered. Don't worry 🙂 and what kind of reward did it mention? Do you have a screenshot/picture of the same?

This is a screenshot of what it said "we will email you a copy of your registration for your records along with instructions on how to claim your instant reward." It doesn't specify what reward, but when I bought this printer the HP store in Hong Kong specified that i must register to claim some coupon/discount reward. That's why it's not just about registering the product which I know of course is registered already, it was what was advertised to me when I purchased the printer and also displayed on your website after registering. Please send me these instructions and a copy of my Screenshot.pngregistration to my email. Thank you.
