I WANT TO KNOW MY PRINTERS EMAIL ADDRESS AS I WANT TO START PRINTING THROUGH EMAILS AND MY PRINTER INFO PAGE IS ALSO NOT PRINTING ANYTHING

Hi @Divyamkotecha

 

We need to enable the printer's web services to obtain the printer's email address. 

 

Refer to step# 1 and 2 from this document for step by step instructions.

i have an offiicejet 4620 working fine and connected on the network.  when i print the info page from hp connect I get nothing.
