When printing from a notes app on iPhone to A6 paper the printer fails to print or only partially prints the first letter on each row of text. How can I correct this?

I have gone through your Post and would like to help
Are you experiencing this issue only when printing from a particular App? Please try using different App or HP Smart App to print and let me know how it goes. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03561640
Also ensure the Printer has the latest firmware. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
If the issue persists on all Apps, clean the ink cartridges using an automated tool, and then evaluate the results.
From the home screen on the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon .
Swipe up on the display, and then touch Printer Maintenance.
Touch Clean Cartridges, and then touch Continue.
A Print Quality Diagnostic report prints.
Examine the Print Quality Diagnostic report.
If the print quality is unacceptable, touch Clean Again to continue the next level of cleaning. Repeat these steps for the third cleaning stage, if necessary.
NOTE: If the printheads are badly clogged, the cartridges might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes before you perform all three levels of cleaning again.
If the print quality is acceptable, touch Done. You do not need to continue troubleshooting.
