This is a Wireless connection problem and not a hard conection/cable problem. I am aware to disconnect but the stystem is STILL stating "Removing Device"! I think it is a Windows 10 Wireless problem. I still cannot connect! Help.

Hey@PennockHQ,

Thanks for the response.

I meant to restart the PC and not the Printer.

Please restart the PC and check if that solves the issue.

Hope this helps. Please share for more assistance.

I have powered down and unplugged my PC (desktop), my Printer (that is connected to the Desktop PC) and my Laptop.(which should be connected to the Printer via the Wireless Connection). Desktop and Printer are fine. My Laptop still states when looking at the Printer connection ; 'Removing Device'

It is to do with this Brandnew Laptop and it's Windows 10? I do not know what to do now.

Kind Regards,

Jane

Thank you VERY much. My problem has now been recified. Your link guided me to the correct area but all I did was to select 'AVG Web Tune Up'. I will re install this later. Kind Regards, Jane

After resolving my printer connection issue, I CANNOT open ANY of my Office 365 (Word, Excel or Powerpoints) docs. WHAT HAS HAPPENED? PLEASE direct me to the correct dept/person. Kind Regards,
